RRB NTPC Graduate Level Exam Date 2027
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are expected to conduct the RRB NTPC Graduate Level CBT 1 Examination for CEN 06/2026 in January 2027. The exact examination dates will be announced by the RRB through an official notice. Nationality / Citizenship

- A subject of Bhutan; or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India; or

RRB NTPC Selection Process 2027
The RRB NTPC Graduate Level selection process consists of 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Computer Based Typing Skill Test (where applicable), Document Verification and Medical Examination.
1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)
The 1st Stage CBT is common for all notified posts under CEN No. 06/2026 and is of screening nature. It consists of 100 questions for 100 marks from General Awareness, Mathematics and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The exam duration is 90 minutes, with 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
The normalized marks of the 1st Stage CBT are used for shortlisting candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT as per merit.
2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)
Candidates are shortlisted for the 2nd Stage CBT based on their normalized marks in the 1st Stage CBT. The number of candidates shortlisted will generally be 15 times the community-wise vacancies of posts notified against the RRB, based on merit.
The 2nd Stage CBT consists of 120 questions for 120 marks from General Awareness, Mathematics and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The exam duration is 90 minutes, and 1/3 mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
Computer Based Typing Skill Test
The Computer Based Typing Skill Test is applicable to the posts where a typing test is prescribed. The relevant posts under Graduate-level recruitment include Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist and Senior Clerk Cum Typist.
